CHARACTERISTICS:
White wine vinegar: Produced through the fermentation of a selected wine, rich in tannins, full-bodied, sweet, fruity and refined flavor making it soft and elegant, Perfect in pickles, salads.
Red wine vinegar: Produced through the fermentation of a selected wine, rich in tannins, full-bodied, sweet, fruity and refined flavor, making it soft and elegant. It goes well with pickles, meat salads, sauces and marinades.
Cider vinegar: Its raw material is apple. Produced through fruity and refined fermentation. Perfect in pickles, salads and meat sauces.
Alcohol vinegar: Its raw material is cereal, it has a transparent color and is commonly used as a seasoning for fish and salads, being a good option for reducing the amount of salt used to flavor foods.
